  • Just because a food is vegetarian, it would be vegan too. Read food labels and verifying ingredients before consuming them.
  • Being vegan would never mean; there are fewer choices to eat from. Like you can replace honey with some plant based sweetener or scrambled eggs with tofu. There is a lot to explore.
